Da das Schlafzimmer durch einen Durchgang mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist , eignet sich die Wohnung ausgezeichnet fuer Singels oder Paare ( NICHT WG-GEEIGNET !) Im Haus leben sehr nette Nachbarn , die immer gerne helfen . GESAMTKOSTEN : 850 EURO MONATLICH ( ALLES INKLUSIVE ) .
I offer my flat to sublet because of a longer stay abroad . It is very nicely furnished with antique and design furniture plus a black yamaha-piano , which you may use . You can also use my flat-screen cable tv ( sorry , only BBC/ CNN and TV5 MONDE in English / French !) and everything else . All the machines you need are there . My large kitchen has a dining area and a balcony with a view . ONLY FOR SINGLES OR COUPLES! Very kind neighbors in the house, always willing to help . TOTAL RENT : 850 EUROS MONTHLY ( ALL INCLUDED ) .
