Vom 01.03.2017 (ggf auch schon 01.02.2017) an wird diese zentrale 2 Zimmer Wohnung zwischen Weststadt/Bergheim frei. Die Miete beträgt 700 € warm (ohne Strom, Telefon/Internet).
Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Zimmeraufteilung nicht WG-geeignet (siehe Grundriss). Sie besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine), einem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Duschwanne, Flur sowie einem großen Balkon mit Abstellkammer. Im Haus befindet sich auch ein Waschraum, wo Waschmaschinen und Trockner mitbenutzt werden können. Außerdem ist ein Aufzug vorhanden und eine Tiefgarage, in der ein Parkplatz ggf. angemietet werden kann. In der Straße selbst kann aber auch kostenlos geparkt werden ohne Anwohnerausweis.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (zu Fuß 10 Min zum Bismarckplatz, 5 Min zum Bahnhof), aber dennoch ruhig, da sie sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Im Vorderhaus ist ein Supermarkt vorhanden, der mit dem Aufzug durch die Tiefgarage direkt zugänglich ist. Alle anderen Geschäfte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. ÖPNV direkt vorm Haus.
Es sind zuverlässige, langfristige Mieter erwünscht.
