Die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung beträgt circa 60m² Es ist eine schöne Dachwohnung deren Miete zur Zeit kalt 420€ beträgt.
Wir würden die Wohnung gerne teilmöbliert weitergeben ( Küche, Bad, Waschküche und eine Zimmereinrichtung).
Die Wohnung beinhaltet zudem ein Kellerabteil und einen Hinterhof mit Garten.

my roommate and I are looking for a follow-up tenant for our flat in Heidlberg-Wieblingen. It has a good access to public transport. Both rooms are quite equal on size ( about 16 squaremeters each) and the flat has a total size of 60 squaremeters. It’s a penthouse. The base rent is 420€.
We offer the penthouse partly furnished (Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and one room furnishing).
The flat has additional a backyard and a cellar room.

Die Lage in Wieblingen ist relativ gut. Die ÖPNV liegen einmal 3 und einmal 7 Minuten entfernt. Zwei Supermärkte liegen circa 7-10 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Im Umkreis befindet sich ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und ein Feinkostladen. Die Straße runter befindet sich auch ein Teil der Neckarwiese.
