The flat is located at the ground floor of an old building in Wieblingen. The apartments were recently renovated by the landlords. The house is divided into 4 flats in total in addition to the house of the landlords which is located on the other side of the courtyard.
The flat is 36 m² divided into a small entrance, a small bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen and a bigger room.
The flat is located in Wieblingen, in a very convenient position to catch public transportation. In 2 minutes you are at the tram stop (n. 5) or bus stop (n. 34 and 35) and the tram runs also during the night. In front of the house, there are parking possibilities as well as on the streets nearby.
Regarding the shopping possibilites, it is at walking distance from a REWE (10 minutes) and at two bus stops from Netto. There is a bakery close by and a post office. The neighborhood is quite. The Neckarwiese in Wieblingen is at walking distance.
The costs cover the rent and other utilities (warm/cold water and heating). The electricity has to be paid separately (around 15 euros) as well as internet and ARD/ZDF. The deposit is twice the rent.
The flat provides only the kitchen table, the hob and the oven. I bought all the furniture during the last 2 years.
