The apartment is located close to the Neckar in Wielbingen. It is on the first floor of a three story building
It has one room, a living room connected to the kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It is best suited for a single person but can accommodate a couple.
The apartment has a basement for extra storage, and the renter can also access a garage where it possible to store bikes for instance
The monthly rent is 700 euros with charges. Electricity and internet are up to the tenant.
The neighborhood is charming and exceptionally quite.
The flat is very well connected to the city centers (bus 34/35 are 4 mins away and tram 5 10 mins away).
There is a big REWE close to the flat (10 mins) and several good restaurants in the vicinity (Yangda, Zum Hirsch and Ok Cool for icecreams).
I am looking for a renter who would be interested in buying my furniture.
The furniture consists of the basics required to move into a new house (washing machine, couch, tables and chairs, kitchen equipment, a king size bed, furniture for clothing and miscellaneous).
I am selling the whole as a package at 1050 euros (about half of the initial price). I will provide further details to those interested. Possibility to negotiate.
The furniture is both minimal and sober and leaves ample space to decorate the place to taste.
The place can be visited on evenings and during the weekend, but only one person at a time and with social distance measure (of course).
