Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche), sowie Bad mit Badewanne, Flur und einem Balkon. Das Haus wurde 2012 komplett neu saniert und ist dementsprechend in bestem Zustand und energieeffizient. Nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt liegen die Bushaltestellen Richtung Aachen und Herzogenrath-Zentrum/Merkstein. Auch die Bahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Keine Haustiere. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.01.2019 verfügbar.

Das Haus liegt am Anfang der Kircheichstraße, direkt am Anfang von Kohlscheid. Zur Bushaltestelle des ÖPNV sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Edeka, Netto, Backerei, Imbiss) sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Mit Auto, Bus oder Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in Aachen oder auf der Autobahn. Die Parksituation ist angenehm.
