Hallo!
Da ich im März von Hildesheim wegziehe, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieter*in für meine zentrale 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Hildesheim. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet jede Menge Platz. Neben dem Hauptwohnraum mit offener Küche und Bad schließt sich noch ein zweites kleineres Zimmer an. Die Küche inkl. Küchentisch und Stühle sollte idealerweise übernommen werde, gerne auch der Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine.

Mein Auszug erfolgt Mitte/Ende März, die Wohnung stünde also spätestens ab 1. April zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nahe der Innenstadt und dem Hindenburg-Platz. Die Fußgängerzone und der historische Marktplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt vor dem Gebäude, aber auch die Haltestellen Schuhstraße und Hindenburgplatz sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufstechnisch ist durch die Nähe zur Innenstadt alles per Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter (Singelmann Immobilien) hat sein Büro direkt im Haus.
