Unser ehemaliges Restaurant "Le Filet" hat ausgedient. Nun möchten wir an eine WG vermieten. Der ehemalige Gastraum ist dreiseitig befenstert, ca. 75 qm groß und hat noch eine komplette Theke! mehrere Tische und Stühle. Nebenan eine Profiküche mit Dunstabzug, 4 Platten E-Herd, Spülmaschine, Schränke mit Porzellen etc. Ein Duschbad und noch ein Zimmer (ehemaliges Damen WC). Im Gastraum steht ein Kaminofen, ansonsten Öl-Zentralheizung. Strom und Müllabfuhr müssen selbst organisiert bzw. bezahlt werden. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, zur Uni sind es 11 km. Der Bus fährt stündlich. Das Ganze wird also teilmöbliert vermietet. Was ihr mitbringen müsst sind Betten, Schränke, persönliches.
