Die Wohnung hat ein separates Treppenhaus. Vom geräumigen Flur betritt man ein helles Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Balkon und Blick auf einen Garten. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch ein Gäste-WC, sowie ein seperates Zimmer.
Eine neue Einbauküche mit Ceranfeld und Spülmaschine, sowie ein großer Vorraum in dem man gut den Essbereich einrichten kann sind auch auf der 1.Etage. In der zweiten Ebene befindet sich ein großes Duschbad mit Fenster und Waschmaschinenanschluss und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschrank.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und obwohl man sich direkt in der Innenstadt befindet sehr ruhig, vom Markt oder sonstigen Dingen bekommt man nichts mit. Zudem wurde die Wohnung vor wenigen Monaten komplett renoviert.
