Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zi., eine Wohnküche, Bad und Flur. Wenn man in der Badewanne liegt kann man in den Sternenhimmel gucken. Eine Glaskuppel ermöglicht das. Die Küche ist so groß, dass bequem ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen Platz findet. EBK ist vorhanden. Die Zimmeranordnung erlaubt allerdings nur ein Wohnen mit 2 Pers., da ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer (Wohnzimmer) ist. Sie befindet sich unter dem Dach, ist aber keine typische Dachwohnung, da das Flachdach nur zu geringen Schrägen führt.
Im Haus sind insgesamt 3 Wohnungen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah, zu Fuß 8 Min. bis zum Markt, 15 Min. zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Discounter, Apotheke) sind 5 Minuten entfernt, Kino und Kneipen ebenfalls 5 Minuten Fußweg, bis zur Nordsee sind es 15 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Küche und 1 Zimmer liegen nach hinten heraus, dort befindet sich ein Friedhof, also absolute Ruhe.
Wir suchen für diese Wohnung 1-2 Pers, auch WG möglich. Ein Haustier, Hund oder Katze ist in diesem Haus kein Problem.
