Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Eichicht, in der Nähe vom Globus Bau- und Getränkemarkt.
Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5-10 min, zu Fuß ca. 15-20min.
Eine Busstation ist 150 m entfernt.
Wer gerne in der Natur unterwegs ist hat es nicht weit, einfach aus der Haustür raus und man ist quasi schon mitten im Thüringer Wald :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area at Eichicht, near the Globus building and beverage market.
To the university it is by bike about 5-10 min, by foot about 15-20min.
A bus station is 150m away.
If you like to be out in nature, you don't have far to go, just walk out the front door and you are already in the middle of the Thuringian Forest :)

Momentan wohne ich alleine hier, aber die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für zwei Personen.
Außerdem möchte ich die Wohnung gerne voll ausgestattet übergeben. Falls du dich also dafür entscheidest einzuziehen bekommst du gratis dazu:
Couch + Kleiderschränke in den beiden Zimmern, Waschmaschine, Putzmittel + Staubsauger, vollausgestattete Küche (Herd mit Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, sämtliche Küchenutensilien.. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck, Tassen und Gläser, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine) und ein möbliertes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Wohnzimmertisch, Sessel, Musikanlage, Fernseher und es gibt auch noch einen alten und bequemen Schaukelstuhl auf dem Balkon :-)
Außerdem bleiben sämtliche Bilder, die du auf den Fotos sehen kannst auch in der Wohnung.
P.S.: im Wohnzimmer hängt auch noch eine Schwarzlichtröhre, die im Dunkeln die bemalte Wand leuchten lässt, ziemlich cool für WG-partys ;-)

I'm living alone here at the moment but the apartment is perfect for two people.
In addition, I would like to hand over the apartment fully equipped. So if you decide to move in you will get for free:
Couch + closets in the two rooms, washing machine, cleaning supplies + vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils... pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, cups and glasses, toaster, coffee maker) and a furnished living room with couch, table with two chairs, armchair, music system, TV and there is also an old and comfortable rocking chair on the balcony :-)
Besides, all the pictures you can see on the photos also stay in the apartment.
P.S.: in the living room also hangs a black light tube, which makes the painted wall glow in the dark, pretty cool for WG partys ;-)
