Hallo Ihr lieben,
Unsere kleine, aber feine WG-taugliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung wird ab 1.July frei und wir suchen nach Nachmieter/innen!
Die Wohnung ist schön hell mit hohen Decken, alles ist vor ein paar Jahrenrenoviert worden.
Die beiden Zimmer haben je ca. 10qm. Und kosten je 400 eur warm
Am Innrain (beim CCB) Zum Inn muss man lediglich die Straße überqueren und kann gemütlich spazieren gehen!
Zur Uni sind es ca. 5min :)
Für Skibegeisterte, der Bus nach Kühtai und Axams fährt direkt vor der Haustür los.
Die Vermieterin ist super chillig und mit den Nachbarn (auch WG) haben wir ein gutes Verhältnis.
Falls Ihr Möbel übernehmen wollt, können wir sicher etwas arrangieren.
Eine Ablöse für Waschmaschiene, Gardarobe, Schuhregal, Spiegel etc. für 150EUR wäre super🙂
