Wir suchen für unsere 3-Raum-Whg. in Dornburg einen Nachmieter zum 15.8. bzw. 1.9.2012.
Die Wohnung hat 61 qm² und einen Balkon sowie eine eigene Garage, die im Mietpreis enthalten ist.
Alle Zimmer besitzen große helle Fenster.
Im Flur und Wohnzimmer liegt Laminat und im Kinder- und Schlafzimmer Teppichboden. Das Bad ist weiß gefließt, mit einer Wanne und Waschmaschinenplatz.In der Küche liegt PVC-Boden.
Es existiert die Möglichkeit von Kabel-TV sowie die Mgl. für eine Schüssel auf dem Balkon.
Weiterhin gibt es einen Keller zu jeder Whg. und noch Kellerräume die man gemeinsam nutzen kann.
Man kann die Wäsche draußen auf Leinen trocknen.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus steht sehr ruhig. An einer nur durch die Anwohner befahrenen Straße und auf der südlichen Balkonseite, blickt man auf die Felder.
Die Vermietung möchte gerne junge Familien oder ältere Leute. Also eher was ruhiges. ;)
