Wir ziehen größer und vermieten daher unsere schöne, gemütliche, niedliche, mit Balken übersäte, charmante Wohnung im Dachgeschoss der Lutherstraße.
Die Bilder sprechen eigentlich für sich, aber wenn ihr Fragen habt, einfach fragen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich bei der Haltestelle 'Huttenstraße' der Buslinie 14. Ihr müsst also nur die Treppe runter und fallt förmlich in den Bus.
Falls ihr ihn doch verpasst, zu Fuß sind es ca.12min bis ins Zentrum und 20min zur Fachhochschule. Mit dem Fahrrad könnt ihr den Bus sogar noch überholen.
Wer gern wandert, kann sich nach 5min Fußmarsch im Grünen befinden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Norma inkl. Bäcker, Fleischer und Getränkemarkt. Daneben ist eine Sparkasse und für Sonntags als Notfallplan auch eine Tankstelle sowie Joey's Pizza.
Die 550€ Miete beinhalten WLAN, Parkplatz, Strom und Heizung.
