Die Wohnung ist in einer idyllischen Lage direkt am Saale - Ufer von Jena. Sie verfügt über drei Zimmer, welche alle separat begehbar sind. Der Zugang zum Balkon mit unverbaubaren Blick auf die Saale, ist von zwei Zimmern aus begehbar. Auf Grund der guten Zimmeraufteilung ist diese Wohnung sowohl was für eine Familie als auch für eine WG.
Gerne kann auf Anfrage auch eine Küche eingebaut werden. Hier würde sich der Mietpreis ein wenig erhöhen.

Auch für frische Brötchen ist sonntags gesorgt, da eine Tankstelle in direkter Nähe liegt.
