Ich suche dringend ab 1.04.13 einen Nachmieter für meine geräumige 3-Raum-Wohnung in Jena Lobeda-Ost. Die Wohnung hat 68qm Wohnfläche, einen Balkon, Kellerabteil und liegt günstig im Erdgeschoss eines gut sanierten Neubaublocks. Die Miete beträgt ca. 500 Euro warm. Ich habe dort ca. 2,5 Jahre ruhig und in einem gepflegten Umfeld gewohnt. Die Wohnung wird renoviert (frisch gestrichen) hinterlassen und wäre auch ideal auch für eine Studenten-WG geeignet.
Gerne bin ich bereit Ihnen die Wohnung bei Interesse zu zeigen.
