Wir ziehen aus unserer schönen und gut geschnittenen 3 Zimmer-Wohnung zum 1.1.2014 aus.
Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit 10m², ein Schlafzimmer mit 12m² und ein Wohnzimmer mit 14m², an welches die offene Küche angrenzt. Vom Flur aus sind Bad mit Dusche und das separate WC erreichbar. Alle Wohnräume sind mit Laminat ausgelegt und die Küche, sowie Bad und WC sind gefliest. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da in jedem Zimmer große Fenster vorhanden sind.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großer Keller und ein Innenhof zum Fahrrad abstellen.
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet, jedoch nur für 2 Personen, da das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Jena Ost. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß nur 1 Minute entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein EDEKA und auch das Ost-Bad ist nicht weit entfernt.
Schön an der Lage ist auch, dass man schnell im Grünen (Jenzig) sein kann.
