Die Wohnung um die es geht, ist in der Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 38 im 2. OG, unsanierter Altbau mit Etagenheizung und Dielenboden und hat neben Bad, Küche und einem kleinen Balkon drei Zimmer mit je 19, 17 und 16 qm (insgesamt müssten es knapp 70 sein, da müsste ich nochmal in den Mietvertrag schauen). Die Warmmiete beträgt z.Zt. 525€. Zwei Zimmer wären bereits ab sofort frei, die gesamte Wohnung dann ab August. Die Kücheneinrichtung incl. Waschmaschine und Gespirrspüler würde ich dem Nachmieter kostenlos überlassen im Gegenzug dafür, dass er die Renovierarbeiten übernimmt.
Besichtigungstermine dieses Wochenende möglich. Einfach melden :)
