Für meine schöne helle 2 Zimmer-Wohnung im Damenviertel in Jena suche ich ab Januar 2013 einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in für 1 Jahr.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines liebevoll sanierten Altbaus.
Es gibt 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 großes Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche mit Einbauküche, 1 Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie einen hübschen Balkon. Alle Räume haben Fenster und Dielenfussboden.
Die Wohnung werde ich vollmöbliert übergeben.
Geeignet wäre eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar als Zwischenmieter, aber keine WG.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 640 Euro zzgl. Strom, Telefon und TV.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im herrlichen Damenviertel und man ist zu Fuß in nur 5 Minuten im Zentrum.
Der Zwischenmieter sollte Nichtraucher sein.
