Ab 01.11. wird kurzfristig eine gemütliche 3-Zimmer Wohnung in perfekter Lage frei!
Die drei Zimmer sind ca 11, 15 und 20 m2 groß, wobei das größte Zimmer das Wohnzimmer ist. Die Küche bietet genügend Platz für Esstisch etc. und bietet Zugang zu einem Balkon in Ostausrichtung, auf dem man bis in die Mittagsstunden die Sonne genießen kann.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und ist durch ein großes Fenster schön hell.
Ein weiteres Plus ist dass keine Kaution anfällt!
Die Wohnung liegt genau am Löbdergraben, alle Wege kann man praktisch mit einmal Umfallen erledigen. Bahnhof, UHG, Paradiespark, Campus und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Da ich übers Wochenende im Ausland unterwegs bin, bin ich leider nur per Email und nicht übers Handy erreichbar. Schreib mir einfach eine kurze Mail wann du vorbeischauen könntest.
Besichtigungstermine sind relativ kurzfristig ab dem 15. Oktober möglich, schreib einfach dazu, welcher Tag Dir passen würde. Ich freue mich auf Bald!
