Hallo,
wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere kleine gemütliche 2- Zimmer- Wohnung im Spitzweidenweg zum 01.11.2013. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche,Wohnzimmer mit Tür zum Schlafzimmer, Bad und kleinem Korridor mit eingebautem Schuhschrank. Jeder Raum verfügt über Fenster, sodass für genügend Tageslicht gesorgt ist.
Aufgrund des Durchgangszimmers ist die Wohnung nicht für WG's geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Saalbahnhofes und Lidl. Zur Bus- oder Straßenbahnhaltestelle benötigt man 4-5 min. und ist schnell ins Stadtzentrum gefahren. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 15 min. ins Stadtzentrum.
Wie mit unserem Vermieter besprochen, lassen wir einige Möbel und unsere komplette Küche (Kühlschrank,Gasherd, Waschmaschine, Spüle, geräumige Schränke, Esstisch mit Stühlen) gg. eine Ablöse in der Wohnung.
Momentan erteilen wir aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage keine Besichtigungstermine!
