Unsere zwei Zimmer Wohnung liegt im hinteren und ruhigeren Teil der Lutherstraße im 3. Stockwerk. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, das ruhig gelegen zur Sickingenstraße hinaus geht. Das große Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell mit fünf Fenstern. In der Küche ist eine Einbauküche vorhanden, sowie Spülmaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank und auch ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Das Bad ist voll gefließt mit Badewanne/Dusche, Wasseranschluss. Ein Waschraum für Waschmaschinen ist im Erdgeschoss vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller zur Wohnung. Im kleinen Hinterhof gibt es die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Wohnung hat eine Fußbodenheizung.
Wir würden gern die Flurgarderobe (150€) und eventuell Badmöbel an die Nachmieter weitergeben.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Buslinien 14 bzw. 16 sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind es 15 Minuten bis zum Holzmarkt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma, Getränkemarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer) sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hier relativ gut. Die Wege ins Grüne sind auch kurz (Friedensberg, Sonnenberg, Landgraf, etc.).
