Wir suchen dringend zum 01.07.2015 einen Nachmieter für unsere 3 Raumwohnung!!!! Die Wohnung liegt im Südviertel,ist ca. 67m² groß, ist voll saniert und hat einen Balkon ins grüne raus, Parkett, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 485,00 EUR + 79,00 EUR Abschlag für die Betriebskosten. Gas und Strom variieren nach verbrauch und müssen selber angemeldet werden. Eine Küche ist auch schon vorhanden, diese müsste übernommen werden und ein Schwebetürenschrank (wie neu) kann für 120 € übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Südviertel. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ist es eine Minute Fußweg, aber trotzdem liegt die Wohnung ruhig.
