- 4 Jahre alte moderne helle Einbauküche incl. Geräte (Kühlschrank, Herd) muss für 1000 € übernommen werden, weitere Möbel (Regale) auf Wunsch
- Vermieter ist Jenawohnen, d.h. KEINE Kaution, keine Maklerprovision o.ä., Hausmeisterservice, Treppenreinigung ist inclusive
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone (Haus ist per PKW von der Rückseite befahrbar). Das Einkaufszentrum "Neue Mitte" mit Aldi ist zu Fuß 1 min. entfernt. Ebenso Bäcker, Metzger etc.
Bus und Bahn in alle Stadtteile sind zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt.
