Hallo, ich ziehe um und suche daher einen Nachmieter :) Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber man hat hat (bis auf eine Waschmaschine) alles was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Größte Pluspunkte sind natürlich die super Lage und der Preis (220€ Warmmiete). Zu Fuß läuft man etwa 5 min bis ins Stadtzentrum. Die Nachbarn und der Vermieter sind alle sehr sehr nett und allgemein ist es sehr ruhig in der Gegend (Damenviertel). Die Fenster sind beide zum Hof, daher kann man prima schlafen. Die Möbel möchte ich gern meinem Nachmieter gegen 75€ übergeben (Bett, ausklappbar für bis zu 2 Personen, ein rotes Regal und ein schmaler Schrank)
Wegen des Einzugstermin würde ich sagen, sprechen wir einfach individuell ab.
