Hab ab sofort meine alte Wohnung zu vergeben, da leider der geplante Nachmieter abgesprungen ist. JenaWohnen ist der Vermieter, mein Vertrag endet zum 01.08.16. Gemäß Absprache mit dem geplanten Nachmieter, wurde das Bad geweißt, Küche, Flur, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer im aktuellen Zustand belassen (siehe Fotos). Küche, Schränke, Playboysammlung ;-) und Sofa wären für 500€ abzugeben. Über braunen PVC Bodenbelag liegt Teppichfußboden, außer Küche und Bad, welche gefliest sind.
Ruhige Lage, ältere Nachbarn. Separater Keller.
Jenawohnen verlangt die Entfernung von Tapete und Teppich sowie der Küche, was ich für Sinn frei halte, also bitte schnell reagieren. Übernahme wie Foto möglich...
