Die Möbel sind sehr gepflegt und in bestem, neuwertigem Zustand.
Perfekte Lage, das Zentrum ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, im Paradiespark ist man in 3 Gehminuten und auch den ÖPNV erreicht man in 3 Gehminuten. Trotzdem wohnt man ruhig und im Grünen.
