Insgesamt ruhiges Haus mit netten Nachbarn (Studenten, Familien). Bei Interesse besteht ab Januar 2018 die Möglichkeit die Wohnung als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen. Die Miete beträgt 700Euro monatlich, W-Lan Festnetz vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schöner Balkon in Westausrichtung.
