Unsere schöne, gemütliche 3,5 Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über eine offene Wohnküche mit schönen Fachwerkbalken, Küche + Bad und 1 Zimmer unten, 2 Zimmer oben. Die Maisonette-Wohnung mit ausgebautem Dachboden (nicht in der Wohnfläche von 55 m2 eingerechnet, Gesamtnutzfläche inkl. ca. 80 m2) ist für WG oder Paare mit 1 Kind geeignet. Eine Küche ist vorhanden.Alle Räume sind hell und mit Fenster, auch im Bad. Ein geräumiger Keller und Garten zur Mitbenutzung sind auch vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es eine neue Terasse mit Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein chicer Grill.
Für die optimale Nutzung des Dachbodens wurden von uns Einbauschränke angeschafft, die vom Nachmieter zu übernehmen sind (Ablöse VB).
Die Wohnung liegt in Jena-West nahe der Leutra in ruhige Lage mit kurzem Weg ins Grüne. Es sind nur 12-15 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 1-2 min entfernt.
