Grüße, da ich wegziehe muss ich diese wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in der Johannisstraße leider abgeben. Durch die zwei sehr großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist die Wohnung unglaublich hell und man hat einen tollen Blick über Jena. Da das Schlafzimmer von der Straße abgewandt ist, bekommst du trotz offenem Dachfenster nichts von dem Trubel mit wenn du schläfst. Das bad wurde bei meinem Einzug gerade erst renoviert und ist daher top!
Die Lage könnte Zentraler nicht sein, mitten in der Innenstadt!
Der Hohe Abschlag kommt daher, dass ich neben der Küche gerne nahezu alle meine Möbel in der Wohnung lassen würde. Aber man wird sich sicher einig. Eine Kaution von 850 Euro steht ebenfalls an.
