Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 45€/Monat gibt es mit dazu, kann aber weitervermietet werden (Stellplatz ist derzeit weitervermietet - Suche nach neuem Mieter daher ggf. nicht erforderlich).

Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in drei Minuten an der Uni. Am westlichen Stadtrand von Jena gelegen ist man auch schnell auf der A4(-Abfahrt Magdala).
