Die tageslichtdurchfluteten Wohn-bzw. Schlafräume sind in etwa gleich groß und sehr geräumig, weshalb sich die Wohnung auch perfekt für WGs eignet. Die Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank wurde vom Vormieter eingebaut und kann ohne Zahlung übernommen werden. Das Bad bietet außerdem noch genug Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Fahrräder können zudem im Hinterhof angeschlossen werden.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt im ruhigen Westen Jenas, zwischen Leutra und Lutherstraße. Ins Zentrum braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 5min und zu Fuß 10min. Zudem befinden sich Bushaltestellen (14 & 16) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls unweit entfernt. Zum Norma sind es zu Fuß 5 min und zu Tegut 10 min.
Der Einzug wäre ab 01.10. möglich.
