The flat, close to the Jena-West train station is located on the very nice neighborough. The flat is located on the ground floor of a renovated old building. It has 1 room, 1 spacious living room, 1 large kitchen fully furnished and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bath. All rooms can be accessed separately from the central corridor. The flat is really great for a couple and has been decorated with care. You can also accommodate two more people in the living room as the sofa is convertible.
As I am leaving for 3 months, I let everything in the flat such as linen (e.g bedding and towels). The flat is equipped with dishes, dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and a washing machine.
There is also internet access (40 euros per month) and electricity has to be paid monthly at a cost of 40 euros. A deposit of 600 euros is required.
Parties and pets are not allowed.
There is transportation nearby: the Jena-West train station is literally in front of the flat and there are many bus lines within a 2 minutes walk.
Heating is provided by a central heating. There is also a shared garden and a room in the basement as well as a bicycle room
