Zum 1.7. (spätestens 1.8.) wird unsere Dreiraum-Wohnung in der Anna-Siemsen-Str. in Jena-Winzerla frei.
Sie gehört zur WG Carl Zeiss, die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt ca 440,- €. Zusätzlich sind Genossenschaftsanteile zu entrichten, die bei Auszug wieder erstattet werden. Ideal auch als Studenten-WG.
Zu übernehmen für einen wirklich winzigen Obulus wäre die voll eingerichtete Küche (mit Ceranherd, Kühlkombi und Mikrowelle) und nach Wunsch ein 1,60m breites Futonbett.
Wohnung wird mit Teppich, Tapete (ordentlicher Zustand) und Lampen übergeben. Das Bad ist voll gefliest.
Zur Bus/Bahnhaltestelle sind es ca 2 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele (Netto, Rewe, Lidl, Norma), keine weiter als fünf min entfernt. Viel Grün im Umfeld. Bis zum Stadtzentrum (z.B. Universität) sind es fussläufig dreissig min, 10min mit der Bahn.
Bis zum Beutenbergcampus oder der FH sind es 5 bzw 10 min.
Ideal für zwei Personen, Studenten-WG, Familie, aber auch als Single-Haushalt.
Die WG Carl Zeiss ist bei einer Mietaufnahme recht unkompliziert, da die Miete sehr überschaubar ist.
