Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, ab 05.11. (auch 15.11. möglich, ggfls. auch 01.12) für meine 60m^2 große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon in Jena Lobeda-West.
Der Vermieter ist Jena Wohnen - ich zahle zurzeit 490€ warm, es wird auf jeden Fall in diesem Bereich bleiben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, hat 1 kleines und 2 große Zimmer, 1 Bad und 1 Küche - der Balkon geht von einem großem Zimmer ab.
Den Grundriss ist beigefügt.
Adresse ist Werner-Seelenbinder-Str. - es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Haltstelle Emil-Wölk-Str., somit top angebunden überallhin.
Kaufland, Netto und REWE sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Schreib mir einfach wenn Ihr Fragen habt oder es euch mal anschauen wollt (gerne auch online per Skype o.Ä.) - der Rest würde direkt über Jena Wohnen laufen, aber das sollte kein Problem darstellen :).
