3-Zimmerwohnung in Kreuzberg für März/April!

Wir vermieten unsere sehr schöne 3-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung (90 qm) im angesagten Graefekiez in Kreuzberg! Sie liegt an der Grenze zu Kreuzkölln und nicht weit vom Kanal entfernt, umgeben von vielen Cafés, Kneipen, Restaurants, Spielplätzen, türkischen Wochenmärkten und Geschäften und alternativen Kulturorten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau im 2. Stock. Sie ist hell mit hohen Stuckdecken und hat einen besonderen Charme durch eine kleine Treppe, die zum hinteren Zimmer führt. Sie ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet (Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Bettzeug, DSL/WLAN, Telefon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.). Es gibt eine zentrale Gasheizung, Holzböden und Teppichböden (keine Auslegeware), und ein französisches Balkonfenster.

Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, die auch einzeln bewohnt werden können. Zwei Zimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür miteinander verbunden. Es können dort bis zu 5 Personen wohnen. (Wir wohnen dort als Familie mit einem Baby und zeitweise noch einem zweiten Kind.) Die Wohnung ist wahlweise geeignet für eine Familie, ein Paar, eine Einzelperson oder auch eine WG. Unten angefügt sind Fotos mit kurzen Beschreibungen der einzelnen Räume.

Die Wohnung ist vom 16. März bis 14. April 2011 zu vermieten, eventuell auf Wunsch auch verhandelbar bis zum 25. April. Die Miete (alles inklusive: Telefon, Internet, Strom, Gas, Nebenkosten) beträgt 850 Euro pro Monat oder 300 Euro pro Woche. Haustiere sind okay, Raucher bei regelmäßiger gründlicher Lüftung auch.

Zimmer 3: (Fenster nach Osten und Norden, mit Blick zum Hof): großes Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer, mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und vielen Büchern. Große Fenster nach Osten, französischer Balkon nach Norden, der Boden mit großen Teppichen ausgelegt.

Küche: nicht riesig, aber sehr gemütlich mit einem kleinen Frühstückstisch und einem Biedermeiersofa!

Bad: mit Badewanne und aufklappbarer Wickelablage.

We are subletting our very nice 3-room-apartment (90m2) in the hip quarter Graefekiez in Kreuzberg! It is located right on the border to Neukölln/Kreuzkölln and very close to the Canal, surrounded by a lot of cafés, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, Turkish markets and shops and cultural happening places.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building. The rooms are bright with old fashioned high ceilings and very nice stucco decoration. It has a charming detail which are the stairs leading to the room in the back. It is fully furnished and equipped (kitchen equipment, towels, sheets, dsl/wlan, phone, washing machine, dish washer etc.), has central heating, wooden floors and big carpets, and a French balcony window in the back.

There are three rooms which can each also be inhabited as single rooms. Two rooms are connected by huge double wing doors. The apartment can host up to 5 people. (We live there as a family with one baby and on the weekends with another child.) It is convenient for either a family, a couple, a single person or a group of friends. Below you will find pictures and short descriptions of every room.

The apartment is available from 16 March to 14 April 2011, if needed we could negotiate a longer lease till 25 April. The rent (all included: phone, internet, electricity, gaz etc.) is 850 Euros per month, or 300 Euros per week (except for international phone calls). Pets are accepted, smokers as well if they promise to air the rooms thoroughly.

Room 3 (windows look to the East and North, to the court yard): big bed room and study, with a double bed, a desk and lot of books. Huge windows to the East, French balcony window to the North, the floor is covered with Persian carpets.

Kitchen: not huge, but very cosy with a small breakfast table and an Empire sofa!

Bath room: with a bath tub and a fold-out diaper changing table.
