Schöne, helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Karlsruhe-Knielingen ab sofort zu vermieten!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG (DG, Altbau) mit direkter S-Bahn Verbindung (5 min. Fußweg). Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer, eine Wohnküche mit Einbauküche (Spüle, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank) und einem Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Das WC befindet sich separat (mit Fenster). Internet, Telefonanschluss und Kabel TV sind vorhanden.
Wir suchen zwei nette, ruhige Studenten/-innen (bevorzugt Wochenendheimfahrer – ist aber kein Muss!). Möglichst Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.
