Die Wohnung ist ca. 82 qm groß und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, je ca. 12 qm, eine Küche, Wohnzimmer und Tageslichtbad.
Die Küche wird gerade renoviert und wird zum Einzug eingerichtet sein. Ein Stellplatz für die eigene Waschmaschine und einen entsprechenden Anschluß sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung verfügt weiterhin über einen Fahrradstellplatz im Hof sowie über einen Keller.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen in der Oststadt, an der Ecke Gerwigstraße und Tullastraße, ein lebendiger Studenten-Stadtteil. Die Uni ist in ca. 15 Fußminuten zu erreichen, die nächsten Haltestellen (direkte Verbindung zum Marktplatz oder zum Hbf) sind nur ca. 1-2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Oststadt hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem lebendigen Studenten-Viertel entwickelt.
