Dieser Preis versteht vor allem einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmachine, 1 Backofen mit 4 Kochstelle, 4 Schreibtischen, 2 Doppelbett mit Matraten, 1 Beistelltischen, Sofas, 1 TV-schrank, 1 kleinen Bücherregal, 1 alten Kleiderschrank und einige Stühl.

There are 2 bedroom, roughly 12 qm each, 1 transit room, also 12 qm and one large living room. An attic room is also available. This is an old house so you may need to renovate it.
There is actually no furniture in the apartment but you can take over our furniture and house appliances for 400 euro.
