Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral und ist ideal für Studenten. Sowohl Innenstadt, Uni, FH etc., als auch Bahnhof sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufs- sowie Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die nächste Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Bad und befindet sich im EG eines Hinterhauses. Daher ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
