Zwei Zimmer, getrent durch einen kleinen Flur. Einagngsbereich diret ins erste Zimmer, welches auch den Balkon bietet. Auf dem Balkon ist genug Platz für einenn Tisch um zu zweit zu Frühstücken (vorallem im Sommer) Küche befindet sich im zweiten Zimmer als Seitenwand.
Rüppurrer Straße, in der nähe des Scheck In. Bahnanbindung an die S1, S5, S7, S8, S51, S52, S11, 2, 4, 5, 6. Man kommt ohne weitere Probleme direkt an den HBF Karlsruhe. Campus Süd ist per Bahn zu erreichen oder auch zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. Ich muss sagen die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man hat es zum Einkaufen nicht weit, man ist zwischen HBF und Campus und ist an beiden orten in 15 min. Man kommt auch zur jeder Uhrzeit z.B. nach dem feiern wieder Heim, weil es einfach eine gute Bahnanbindung gibt.
Auflagen des Vermieters: nur Studenten! Die Eltern sollten in Deutschland wohnen und dazu wird du Wohnung nur an die Eltern Vermietet.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend Studenten. Treppenhaus wird von einer Firma geputzt. Es gibt eine Hausgruppe, damit man wenigstens etwas Kontakt zu seinen Nachbarn pflegt. Im Haus sind alle sehr cool drauf und helfen auch gerne.
