die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt(citypark) so rund 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni (KIT).
Das Haus ist ein Neubau und man darf hier nur einziehen, wenn man an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert ist.
Die wir bezahlen insgesamt jetzt 834€ .
Für die Kaution habe ich 1.680,00 Euro bezhalt und ich weiß nicht ob es höher wird.
Es befindet sich auch einen Garagenplatz und falls du kein Auto hast, kannst du den vermieten.
In die gleiche Etage gibt es noch ein Kellerraum.
In den 834 Euro ist Kaltmiete plus warmmiete. Also Heizung ist schon mit dabei. Internet und Strom musstest du selbst machen.
die Wohnung befindet sich in der Klara-Siebert-Straße 8 im 3. Stock und ist 50 Quadratmeter groß. Es hat eine Balkon und im ganzen Haus gibt es einen Aufzug.
die Wohnung ist Teilmöbliert.
von den Vermietern ist einiges Möbel da: Ein kleidershrank, ein Regal, ein Küchentisch, Balkon Möbel, Flurschrank.
