Hallo,
ich suche Nachmieter für unsere WG direkt neben der Uni. Es handelt sich um eine drei-Zimmer-Küche-Bad-Wohnung mit 89 m² und Balkon. Die Quadratmeter verteilen sich in etwa so:
Zimmer 1: ca. 23 m²
Zimmer 2: ca. 19 m²
Zimmer 3: ca. 14 m²
Bad: ca. 10 m²
Küche: ca.
16 m²
… der Rest ist Flur.
Die komplette Wohnung hat einen Laminatfußboden und das Bad ist vor etwa drei Jahren renoviert worden. Eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Herd mit Ceranfeld gibt es auch, den Kühlschrank nehme ich aber mit. Das Küchenmobiliar und einige andere Möbel würde ich gerne kostenlos in der Wohnung lassen, weil ich nicht so viel Platz in meiner neuen Wohnung habe.
Wir wohnen in einem Haus mit 6 anderen Mietparteien direkt in Kassel Mitte. Ganz direkt neben der Uni (echte 5 min. zur Vorlesung...). Aber auch sonst sehr zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut vorhanden. Zum Aldi und zum Rewe sind es 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt auch nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß
Dazu gibt es noch einen großen Keller, indem man zum Beispiel sein Fahrrad oder auch andere Dinge lagern kann.
Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss ist vorhanden.
