Wir ziehen aus dieser schönen, hellen Wohnung aus und suchen nette Nachmieter*innen.
Es ist eine große Wohnküche vorhanden, so dass die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet ist.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit EBK, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Ofen/Herd. In der Küche und im Bad sind Fliesen und im Rest der Wohnung gibt es Laminat. In dem großen Badezimmer ist eine Dusche vorhanden, sowie ein Anschluss für die Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15.11.15 frei.
Näher am Zentrum geht gar nicht! Die Wohnung ist in der schönen Altstadt gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Wasser und in die Einkaufstraße und direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen super Parkplatz. Ansonsten gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Wir freuen uns auf eure Nachfragen und möchten gerne vom 21.-28. Oktober Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren.
