Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und ist sehr hell und ruhig. Die anderen Mieter sind vorwiegend Rentner. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine kleine Wiese.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine EBK mit Herd und Spüle sowie genug Stauraum. Auch ein Bodenraum steht zur Verfügung.Es gibt leider keinen Flur aber dafür ein großes wohnzimmer.
Das Bad ist relativ klein aber völlig ausreichend.
Auch haustiere sind in der wohnung erlaubt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich wenige ehminuten von der haltestelle Waitzstraße/ Holtenauer Straße entfernt. Von dort fahren fast alle linien.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Sky und Penny sind ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Aber auch viele Restaurants, Sushibar, Kneipen und waschsalon sind direkt in der Nähe.
Bis zur Uni braucht man ca. 5min mit dem Fahrrad.
Die wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar.
