Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ein gepflegtes Duschbad. Der Fußboden besteht aus pflegeleichtem Vinyl in Holzoptik. Eine Einbauküche mit E-Herd (Ceranfeld) und Backofen gehört zur Wohnung.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist komfortabel und die Lage zentral.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum. Auf dem Dachboden besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wäsche zu trocknen.
