Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und ist perfekt geeignet für eine wg. Das eine Zimmer hat 3 Fenster und ist ca. 22 qm groß. Daneben ist das kleinste Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern 13qm gross und daneben das mittlere Zimmer mit ca. 15qm. Das Bad ist groß und hell mit großem Fenster. Das wc ist vom Bad getrennt und hat eine Abstellkammer Nebendran. Der Flur ist lang und breit und bietet genug Platz für Garderobe und Kommode.
Die samwerstraße ist wunderschön bebaut und kaum befahren. Die uni ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar purer Luxus.
Unsere wg löst sich auf und du als nachmieter würdest der neue Hauptmieter werden. Da mein Zimmer als erstes frei wird ( das kleine) würden wir dir die Möglichkeit geben zuerst einzuziehen und die anderen zwei Mitbewohnerinnen ( zwei nette Mädels 22 und 23) würden dann ausziehen wenn du deine neuen Mitbewohner gefunden hast. Am besten schreibt ihr mir bei Whats App zur Not einfach anrufen.
