Das Bad ist klein, aber vor 2 1/2 Jahren sehr schön renoviert werden. Es gibt eine Dusche und ein kleines Fenster. Die Küche (IKEA) ist ebenfalls vor 2 1/2 Jahren renoviert worden und hat eine Spüle, Herd inkl. Backofen, diverse Schränke und einen zusätzlichen Vorratsschrank für z.B. Staubsauger etc. (siehe Bilder). In der Küchenzeile ist noch Platz für eine Waschmaschine (bisherige Nutzung) oder einen Geschirrspüler. Im Flur ist Platz für eine Garderobe und Schuhe. Dazu gehört ein Dachbodenabteil, Keller und Trockenboden. Kein Balkon.
