Schöne Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Ich zieh erstmal zur Zwischenmiete in eine WG und biete hier meine Wohnung vom 22.11.23 - 08.03.24 an.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 472 Euro, dazu kommen noch 45 Euro für Internet (50.00 DSL) sowie einen Stromabschlag von 55 Euro.

Die Kaution habe ich erstmal auf 500 Euro gesetzt.

Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Ein großes Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei kleine Räume, die als Schlafzimmer und Büro genutzt werden können plus einen Balkon
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung teil möbliert. Ich weiß noch nicht ganz genau, was ich in die neue WG mitnehme aber da können wir uns auch absprechen.
In der Küche befindet sich eine kleine Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner befinden sich im Gemeinschaftskeller. Pro Waschgang bezahlt man einen Euro.
Der Keller wird nicht zur Verfügung stehen, da ich dort einige Sachen einlagern werde.

Ein paar Pflanzen lasse ich in der Wohnung und es wäre super, wenn du dich um diese kümmerst, sind auch alle sehr pflegeleicht und brauchen nur ab und zu mal Wasser.

I'm moving into a shared apartment as an interim rent and am offering my apartment here from 22.11.23 - 08.03.24

The monthly rent is 472 euros, plus 45 euros for internet (50.00 DSL) and an electricity rate of 55 euros.

The apartment has three rooms. A large living room, as well as two small rooms that can be used as a bedroom and office, plus a balcony
Otherwise the apartment is partially furnished. I don't know exactly what I'm taking with me to the new shared apartment, but we can discuss that.
There is a small dishwasher in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are in the communal basement. You paid one euro per wash.
The basement is not available because I will store some things there.

I leave a few plants in the apartment and it would be great if you took care of them, they are all very easy to care for and only need water every now and then.
