Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Ausgestattet ist sie mit einer Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine), einem Vollbad und einem Süd-Balkon, auf den (fast) den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint! :-)
Zusätzlich zu den beiden gleich großen Zimmern gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Platz zum Verstauen findet sich auch im Keller oder auf dem Dachboden, wo außerdem Wäsche getrocknet werden kann (Trockenboden).
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage sowohl 5 Minuten von der Holtenauer Straße als auch von der Kiellinie entfernt.
Busse, z.B. zum Bahnhof, fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab.
Wir würden uns freuen, die Wohnung so schnell wie möglich (ab 01.11.) abgeben zu können. Ein Besichtigungstermin kann deshalb gerne zeitnah vereinbart werden!
